1. Services

Miracle Cleaners provides professional dry cleaning, laundry (wash & fold), shoe cleaning, custom embroidery, tailoring, t-shirt printing, custom HTV, wedding dress cleaning, and related garment care services. All services are provided at our physical location at 683 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704 or via our delivery service within the Yonkers, NY area.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are as displayed on our website or as quoted at the time of drop-off. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to correct the price and notify you before processing your order.

3. Garment Care and Liability

Miracle Cleaners takes reasonable care in handling all garments and items entrusted to us. However, please note the following:

1. Pre-existing Damage: We inspect all items upon receipt. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, manufacturing defects, or weaknesses in fabric or construction.
2. Buttons and Trims: While we take care to preserve buttons and decorative trims, some may be damaged during the cleaning process due to pre-existing weakness. We recommend removing non-washable buttons and trims before drop-off.
3. Special Instructions: If your garment has special care requirements, please notify us at the time of drop-off. We will follow care labels and your instructions to the best of our ability.
4. Liability Limit: Our liability for loss or damage to any garment is limited to ten (10) times the cost of cleaning that garment, as is standard industry practice. For items of exceptional value (e.g., wedding dresses, heirloom items), we recommend you declare the value at drop-off so we can discuss additional precautions.

4. Pickup and Delivery

We offer delivery services within Yonkers, NY, Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Delivery schedules are subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or natural disasters.

For contactless delivery, you may leave items by your door. Miracle Cleaners is not responsible for items left unattended outside your door before our arrival.

5. Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. We will re-clean any items at no additional charge. If a garment is damaged due to our negligence, our liability is limited as stated in Section 3 above.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, unsanitary items, or items that we determine cannot be safely cleaned.

7. Unclaimed Items

Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Miracle Cleaners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Westchester County, New York.
